Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon approval, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return shipping to our warehouse is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose a refund or replacement.
Returns for Unopened Items (Change of Mind)

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

After inspection, a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping costs).
Opened or Used Items

Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
