Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at domcrpropnex@gmail.com.

  • Please include photos of the item and its packaging before opening it.

  • Upon approval, we’ll provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping to our warehouse is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Returns for Unopened Items (Change of Mind)

  • Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • After inspection, a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping costs).

Opened or Used Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

  • If you're unsatisfied, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

All returns must be approved before shipping items back to us.
