1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and before opening the product.

• Upon verification, we will request that you return the item at your own shipping cost.

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

2. Unopened Items (Change of Mind Returns)

If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of receiving them.

• Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs.

3. Opened or Used Items

Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
